➡️ The conference was designed to discuss ways of modernising the police force in wake of new forms of crimes being spotted by Police
➡️ 10 Professional Commando battalion will be formed to deal with emerging crimes and deal with these sternly. 2/4

➡️ Taking into consideration the welfare of police personnel, police quarters will be constructed.
➡️ Recruitment rules for appointment into police forces will be modified to bring in more professionally qualified and skilled manpower into the system. 4/4

➡️2 conferences will be held annually, one each for SPs and DCs, to enable them resolve different issues
➡️7 forensic laboratories will be set up in state
➡️1 month special leave will be given to police forces living in battalions in different stations to stay with their families

➡️Compulsory free health check-up will be arranged for police personnel once in a year.
➡️@assampolice to show zero tolerance towards cow smuggling & drug trafficking. All SPs have been directed not to allow their districts to be used as transit routes.
